A guy goes to a private dentist to fix his teeth.

Dentist charges high. The guy doesn't have that much money.

But as a result of the negotiations, it turns out that the dentist has addictions. Addictions to male navels and bellies.

The dentist offers a discount in exchange for playing with the guy's navel.
